During a certain period of deepwater well mining, tube wells accumulate scale, rust, bioscale and sedimentation, causing the filter tubes to become clogged, resulting in a serious drop in water output. Traditional cleaning methods use pickling, piston pulling, air compressor cleaning, dry ice cleaning, chlorine treatment, etc. These methods have varying degrees of disadvantages such as contamination, corrosion, and damage to the filter tube; more importantly, they are basically powerless against hard dirt and blockage on the outside of the filter tube.
In view of the above problems, our company has developed jet well cleaning technology and equipment, which has made a new breakthrough in tube well cleaning technology. The core components of the cleaning equipment introduce German technology and methods to ensure stable and reliable performance in deep water operations. When cleaning, the corresponding spray cleaning device is selected according to the specifications of the well pipe. The spray cleaning device moves up and down along the axis of the well pipe through the guide mechanism and rotates circumferentially at the same time. Adjust the jet pressure according to the specific situation, and the impact jet gradually spreads throughout the entire filter tube, so that various scales on the inner wall and pores are completely removed. The ripple effect of the jet disturbs the sediment outside the filter tube through the hole mesh and flows into the well, making the waterway unblocked.
This technology cleans the scale thoroughly and has obvious effects. It greatly increases the dynamic water level and water output, and can restore water flow from "dead wells" with very small water output. The cleaning of a well can be completed in only 1-3 days, and the operating depth can reach 500~700 meters.
